What brands do you carry?
We mainly carry LG appliances, but we do carry Samsung. We are also the primary distributor of TopAir Range hood. We get our items directly from the LG outlet.
Why are your prices lower than your competitors?
We specialize in the sale of open-box returns scratch & dent from stores such Home Depot and Lowes.
(Both Home Depot and Lowes have a 48 hours return policy and regardless of reasons for the returns, these include wrong size & color purchase, impulsively buying, etc. Some of these products may have dents or scratches on the surface. ) Therefore, we are able to lower our prices and provide additional discounts on top of the current sale price.
All of our appliances have been tested and in good working condition. Cosmetic defects such as scratches/dents will not affect the performance of the appliances. Our products are 100% functional with 12months of Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?
We offer a free 1-year warranty from CPS third party warranty company and extended paid warranty up to 4 years. The price of the extended warranty is very reasonable and includes labor and parts. (You may have to pay a deductible for the warranty service to CPS $99). The first 30 days warranty is covered by the store, which also includes labor and parts. The warranty company covers the rest of the term. Since we are a scratch & Dent store, if the internal function of the unit has any issues during the first 30 days, our store will take full cover for it. If the issue is caused by the third party or the customer, the store will charge a $50+ service fee. (Depending on the situation)
What kind of warranty services does CPS provide?
CPS (Same third party warranty company that Lowe’s uses). $99 service fee per case, the warranty including labor and parts.
CPS will fix it first. If it can not be fixed, CPS will replace it. If you don’t like the replacement, you will get money back based on the replacement value.
Customers must register their warranty within 30 days. You will lose the warranty after 30 days without registering.

2. Delivery Fee & Any Service Fee are Not Refundable, once the unit is out for delivery.
1. We are selling scratch and dent appliances.They are the 48-hour returns from major department store. LG outlet distributes directly to us. So it is NOT in a sense of ” Brand New”
2. Each appliance is sold AS-IS and WITHOUT the Manufacturer Warranty.
3. All sales are final! All Scratch and Dent Appliances will have various cosmetic scratches and dents. (Scratches and dents do not render an item to not be in working condition)
1. Within 48 hours of Delivery, if the product is not working, customer can exchange it for another unit or return it. After 48 hours, returns are not accepted.
2. It has a 30% Restocking Fee for returns. Customers are responsible for getting the right specifications of appliance(s), like size, gas or electric and etc for their purchases.

3. Physical damage or instillation damages on the unit caused by customers cannot be returned.
Self Pick up
For Pickup Customers, if the product is not working, customers are responsible to return the unit back to the store inorder to get a refund or exchange.
